Alex Milne
DAYS APPEARING: Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun AUTOGRAPH PRICE: N/A PHOTO OP PRICE: N/A SELFIE PRICE: N/A Alex Milne (born October 13, 1980) is a Canadian artist who has done pencils on numerous Transformers titles. Milne's Transformers work started with an ill-fated run at the end of Dreamwave's tenure, during which he was ghosting for Superstar Patrick "Pat The Transman" Lee, and unfortunately, not being paid very much (or at all) for his work. After Dreamwave folded, Milne was picked up by IDW, who presumably pay him a living wage. He penciled a number of live-action movie spin-off books and other miscellaneous titles. In 2012, he became the primary artist on IDW's More Than Meets the Eye series, drawing the bulk of its issues. Milne's linework is noted for its high levels of detail, from complex backgrounds to precisely delineated mechanical greeblies on the Transformers themselves. Stylistically, Milne has shown the ability to emulate other artists' work, such as his Pat Lee-styled lines on Megatron: Origin. For More Than Meets the Eye, Milne designed many of the series' characters and settings, and by extension, much of its distinctive overall look. His work on the book has garnered high praise among fans, owing to his detailed character designs, complex action scenes, and highly expressive characters.

Anna Zhuo ANN4RT
DAYS APPEARING: Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun AUTOGRAPH PRICE: N/A PHOTO OP PRICE: N/A SELFIE PRICE: N/A Appears courtesy of Unknown Comics and will be signing exclusively at their booth. HELLO ALL! My name is Anna Zhuo ( 卓安娜 )! In case you are curious, I am Chinese (Cantonese) and both my parents were from China! I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Mobile, Alabama in 2011! Art has always been a passion of mine, but I did not start doing it professionally until a few years ago (2015). I am a freelance artist who does both digital and traditional illustrations. To many people’s surprise, I am a self-taught artist. You can learn so much just through the internet. Deviant Art, YouTube, and google were my best-est friends when it came to learning. Being an artist as a career choice has always been frowned upon when I was growing up, that is why I never sought to further chase that dream. In fact, I even got rejected from an art school (La Guardia High School of Arts)! During college, I went through so many changes in my major. I finally landed on one I really liked because I enjoyed my work as a group leader for an after-school program. That was when I was set to want to become a teacher. At that point in my life, I have moved down South and continued my studies to become an elementary teacher. Along the way, I met tons of great people that were very supportive of the arts. That is when I started to draw again, eventually picking up watercolor. Because of drastic changes in my life, one of my mentors sat me down and had a talk with me. That was when I realized art WAS my calling. I had dropped everything and started pursuing my dream of being a professional artist. I was always told I would never make it. Here I am, constantly proving them wrong. Even the richest people can be miserable. I love what I do and I hope to inspire many others to chase their dreams. No one said it will be easy! Currently, I am traveling from convention to convention selling my artwork, meeting new people, sharing the wealth of information I have about getting into the professional world, teaching others about different mediums, and etc. At the same time, I am working closely with local comic stores to publish more variant covers for people’s favorite comic books! Even now, I still consider myself as an amateur artist and I am nowhere near where I want to be! There are still tons to learn and tons of goals to achieve! Never stop learning! Never stop chasing your dreams!

Ashley A. Woods
DAYS APPEARING: Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun AUTOGRAPH PRICE: N/A PHOTO OP PRICE: N/A SELFIE PRICE: N/A Ashley A. Woods was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and developed an interest in anime, movies, comics and video games at a young age. Inspired by blending military and fantasy themes, Woods created, wrote, and fully illustrated her action-fantasy comic, "Millennia War", during her senior year of high school and freshman year of college and self-published the first issue of the series in March of 2006. The series currently has seven issues and a graphic novel. Her first professional work came in 2015, when she began working with Sebastian A. Jones and Amandla Stenberg on the series Niobe: She is Life after meeting them at a comics show in San Francisco, California six months earlier. In 2016, she began illustrating the four-issue limited series Ladycastle for Boom! Studios. Published over the first half of 2017, the series brought her popular attention, leading SyFy to call Woods a "breakout artist". Dark Horse Comics hired Woods to pencil the four-issue limited series Tomb Raider: Survivor's Crusade, published November 2017 through February 2018. This series was particularly satisfying for Woods, who was already a fan of the Tomb Raider games. She next provided cover work for the Image Comics title, "Bitter Root". Her latest work can be seen in the upcoming Jordan Peele (Get Out) and J.J. Abrams (Episode IX) produced TV show, Lovecraft Country, based on the drama/horror novel by writer Matt Ruff.
