Description

Get the weekend started off hot and sweaty! Meet in the Cabana Bay lobby at 7:20 to gather and stretch. The group will leave at 7:30 to ensure everyone has a chance to get food and clean up before GCX. I'll set a pace of 9:30 so it's not too intense but people can go at their own pace if they feel comfortable with the route.
